Meridian Wealth Management · Cleveland

Three seats are open in the Meridian Network.

Ellen Vance is building a small network of businesses that serve the same people she does — one per category, no competitors, and no second of anything. Five have already accepted. If one of the open categories below is yours, the seat is available now and it will not be split.

Why a seat is worth having

Your best clients came from somebody vouching for you.

You already know this. Look at your last ten good clients and count how many arrived because a person they trusted said your name, rather than because of anything you paid for. For most professional businesses it is nearly all of them.

It is also the one channel nobody manages. It happens when it happens, from whoever happens to remember you, and there is no reliable way to get more of it on purpose. Meanwhile everything you can buy — ads, lists, outreach — gets more expensive and less believed every year.

They close faster
A referred prospect arrives having already decided you are credible. The conversation starts at how rather than why you, and it rarely comes down to price.
They cost nothing
No ad spend, no lead fees, no cold outreach, no proposal written for somebody who was never going to buy.
They stay, and they refer on
A client who came through someone they trust leaves less often and introduces you to the next one. The channel compounds. Nothing you buy does.

What a network does is make it deliberate. Instead of hoping the right person remembers you at the right moment, a handful of businesses who already serve your customer have a standing reason to think of you — and forty-five minutes a month where that actually gets acted on rather than intended.

Who is in it

Eight categories. One business each.

Every business here was invited personally by Ellen because she already works with them and would put her own name behind them. That is the only way in — there is no application.

What is asked of you

Nine hours a year, and no commercials.

The meeting
Forty-five minutes a month, chaired by Ellen to an agenda Shoutback writes. What introductions were made, what is open, who you are trying to meet, and who at the table can make that introduction. Nobody presents.
Your part
Make an introduction when there is a genuine fit, and say so plainly when there is not. No quotas, no obligations, no weekly attendance.
Your list
Your clients stay yours. They are never pooled, shared, or visible to any other member. Nobody in this network can contact them.
What you get back

Introductions, worked rather than hoped for.

A referral group that meets and then forgets about each other produces nothing. Privaire runs the month between meetings — prompting where a fit exists, tracking every introduction made and received, and reporting what came of it. You will always be able to see what this seat has produced for you, which is the only honest basis for keeping it.

And the seat is the only one in your category for as long as you hold it. No second accountant is admitted to this network.

Your private circle
Your own walled space for your own clients. Invite your best clients as members; they join free, and no other business in the network can see or contact them.
The Lobby
Every member of every circle is invited to the network Lobby, where every business’s offers live alongside invitations to the network’s events. Your offer is in front of Ellen’s clients and every other partner’s clients, not only your own.
Events
Invitations to client education evenings and joint workshops with other partners, with event pages and RSVPs handled for you.

Ask Ellen about a seat.

A seat costs you nothing: you join as the host’s guest. It includes the monthly session, introductions, the network’s events, a private circle for your own clients and your offers in the network Lobby. Nobody in this network is paid for referrals, Ellen included. Leave your details and Ellen will call you herself, usually within a day. The seat stays held for you while you talk.

Please add your name, business and email.

Done. Ellen has your details.

Ellen will call you, usually within a day. Questions about how the platform works can go to hello@shoutback.com.

Not the right fit? Say so in the note and Ellen will close it out, with nothing awkward. If you know somebody who should hold this seat instead, that is genuinely useful.
